My order never arrived, what do I do?

In the unlikely event your order shows as "delivered" but has not shown up yet, hang tight! Be sure to check if the carrier left an attempted delivery notice, and take a peek at your tracking link to see if your order is being held for pickup! Contact us at support@wearecoastalcitizen.com if your order has not arrived after 5 business days and we can take next steps.
