Can I change or cancel my order?

All sales are final; we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or not as described, we will provide a replacement within 14 days of receipt of the package. Please email our team as soon as your order arrives so we can help out asap! After that period, Coastal Citizen can no longer take responsibility for the order. Thank you for your understanding.
